Our Rise Team

  • Leroy Marke

Leroy leads Rise. 10 years + in recruitment provided a lot of insight into what good (and bad) looks like in terms of talent engagement and selection. He's also a black guy who attended private school whilst living in a council estate in London. So, he's convinced that access and exposure are key components to success. A big believer in horses for courses - but both horses and courses have to be right for each other. He's convinced there isn't enough of that access and exposure for our young black people. And, despite seeing the positive intent , he doesn't feel organisations are equipping their people with the tools required to create the right environment and opportunities to thrive. Our work at Psalt is to do just that.
