Psalt came into being because FMCG, as an industry, has been poor at seeking out and empowering difference.   We are nurturing and the next wave of untapped talent – giving them the keys to unlocking their capabilities via the Come Correct Curriculum.

 

We know that getting talent in is only half the battle. And not necessarily the easiest part. Our Pathway has been created by FMCG professionals across HR, Recruitment – we’re looking to increase representation but really, we are talking about establishing an approach to Early Careers that encourages people to bring their difference.
